My Oldest Friend! Marissa

Meet Marissa! Marissa and I have been friends for our entire 26 years of life (yes I am 26 for those of you who didn't know that)! This always included our mother's buying us identical clothing, bathing suits and shoes, considering the rest of their children were all boys and we were the only fun ones to dress up! And of coarse all the phases of life that went from simple days full of playing Barbie dolls to the ever so wonderful years of puberty, the high school proms, college shennanigan's in Rhode Island and now fun and interesting adult lives in Boston! Through all these years we have stayed close, she really is like a sister to me more than anything and no matter how long we go without seeing each other or even talking, we can always start right back up where we left off. Aside from all that mushy gushy stuff, I'd have to say she makes a pretty good model! We had an awesome day at Borderland State Park in Stoughton/Easton, MA, the lighting was perfect, her outfits were perfect and above all I realized how much I miss LAYING IN THE GRASS! You can tell I was on the ground for a few of these shots, and it felt like heaven. I love living in Southie, but lets be honest, I don't get much of that country feel anymore. I think I'm going to try to do that more often! Enjoy the pics, some of these fall into top favorites of my work so far I think!

I have the craziest luck with finding cool things to photograph with...including...yes a HORSE!

And I saved this one for last because I just absolutely love it!
